Fertility For Colored Girls + Guys
Jacksonville Chapter 16, Team Lead
Tam & team launched the Jacksonville chapter of FFCG+GUYS alongside the Fertility For Colored Girls + Guys, NFP founder & president Rev. Dr. Stacey L. Edwards-Dunn virtually on June 12, 2021, and 2026 marks its 5th year. Tam and the Jax team facilitate monthly meetings that hold space for individuals and couples navigating fertility and reproductive health, a place to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Chapter 16 team leads: Rosemarie Allen, AP, Elena Alisma, ND, Naicie Marrow, MD, and Rishawn Brandon, Realtor.

Rest & Restoration
Yoga Nidra
Since November 2024, Tam has co-hosted Yoga Nidra at Jacksonville Beach with Namrata Rohack (Tranquil Lotus Yoga), a guided, deeply restful practice that invites the body and mind to settle. It's part of how she shows up for her community: making room for healing and stillness alongside advocacy.
